Shipping Policy 

 Processing Time:

All orders are processed within ~7-10 business days after receiving your order confirmation (excluding day of order, weekends, and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped*.  

We process and ship orders the first of the week, Monday through Wednesday. Orders are sent 2 Day UPS, unless otherwise noted or a different shipping option is purchased.  All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. 

*If you receive a notice that a shipping label has been printed, please note that does not mean the order has shipped. Only the label has been printed and the order is being processed. Please follow UPS tracking information sent to you for actual shipment details and updates.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates will depend on weight of order and shipping location. 

We offer FREE Shipping for all orders over $129*
Note: Gift cards do not count toward free shipping promotions. Discounts and dollar off promotions may lower your subtotal to be lower than our minimum threshold for free shipping to apply. 


Locations We Ship To:

Currently, we do not ship to all states. We ship to the Central, South and Eastern continental United States due to UPS shipping zones and times.  

We currently do not ship to the following states:













North Dakota

South Dakota


New Mexico



We do plan to expand our shipping zones in the near future. 



How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number and information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3-4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please verify shipping and tracking information with UPS. Once packages are shipped, we do not control UPS and have the same information you do via the tracking information. 


We ship to the address that is entered at the time of purchase. All addresses are verified by our system before processing. If an order is misshipped/handled by UPS, please contact UPS for a resolution on the order. We do not control UPS. As the recipient, you may need to file a claim with UPS. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipping must be to a physical address.
