We take cash and credit/debit at our truckload sales. Online we take Visa/MC/Discover/Amex, ShopPay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay
We have various cuts and sizes of steaks including ribeyes, tbones, strips, and filets that range from 6oz for filets, 10oz or 12oz for ribeyes, to 16oz for Tbones. Ribeye specials are a breakfast cut. The pack is about 5lb of well marbled ribeye. Our regular case strips are 9oz. Strip specials, the box is approx 2.5lbs. No other purchase is necessary for special pricing. Selection may vary.
We have several different truckload boxes: Prime Beef box, Choice Beef box, Chicken box, Seafood box, and Pork box. Each one has its own selections.
Beef Box* (Prime or Choice) - Filets, Ribeyes, Strips, Tbones, Burgers
Chicken Box* - 32 chicken breasts in Southwest, Italian, Lemon Pepper, and Plain flavors.
Seafood Box* - Breaded and Raw Shrimp, Salmon, Mahi Mahi, Tilapia, Catfish (availability varies)
Pork Box* - Italian Sausage, St. Louis Ribs, Pork Chops, Center Cut Chops, and Tenderloin

Free Freezers are with a qualifying purchase. Get with the event staff and they can walk you through the details of the promotion. It can sometimes vary depending on the inventory at that specific location.
Yes we do. It is our privilege to offer all military, veterans, police, 1st responders (firefighter, law enforcement officer, paramedic, EMT) a 10% discount (truckload specials excluded). The meat industry is littered with middlemen everywhere who add extra costs that get passed on to you, “the consumer.” We sell directly to people who care about getting quality meat at a reasonable price. We’re not burdened with the costs associated with having a brick and mortar business or any of the costs that middlemen distribution centers like to tack on to costs to your local grocer. This means we can keep our prices low and our customers happy!

Yes! And we get that question a lot. Just consider, all meat sold at a grocery store or at your local butcher shop was delivered on a truck. All of our meat goes through a rigorous quality control process during processing and is given the highest USDA Inspection marks. We also have to meet all State and Local regulations and permitting requirements in order to hold our Truckload sales in your city. You can also consider that since we move sale locations, that we have more inspections and meet local permitting requirements more than your own local businesses.
Yes. We recommend two ways to defrost your Prime House Direct steak products.
Preferred Method : Remove your steaks or chicken from the freezer 24 hours prior to cooking and place them in the refrigerator. This allows the meat to slowly defrost and retain all its freshness.
Quick Method : Fill a large bowl with cold water, place the meat in the water and submerge. The meat will be completely thawed in an hour or two, depending on the size and thickness. Just be sure to check the water every 30 minutes — if it becomes tepid, change it out with fresh cold water.
